Save The Date

Mark your calendars for Ignite 2024! Ignite will be held September 30 – October 3 at Gallatin Valley (Alliance) Church in Bozeman, MT.

Ignite is the annual conference for RMD Official Workers and spouses designed to be a time of refreshment and enouragement.  We are excited about the great speaker we have planned, and look forward to a great time of worship, fellowship, and encouragement together.

As a reminder, attendance is required for all Official Workers unless a special exception is obtained from the District Superintendent in advance.

DLBC Summer Needs

DLBC is on the lookout for two important things for camp this summer: passionate prayer and people. Would you help raise a canopy of prayer and ask God for a tremendous movement of His Spirit amongst the young people? Please consider joining the prayer team and receive weekly prayer requests. They’re also looking for safety and security minded adults as well as lifeguards. They have many weeks and shifts (4 and 8 hours) to cover with no need to commit to an entire week. If interested in either, please email the camp office below.

Van Needed

Pastor Kent Morrison, lead pastor at True Life Alliance Church in Whitefish, MT, has recently begun a ministry that could greatly benefit from a 12-15 passenger van. If your church has a van that you’ve considered repurposing, he would greatly appreciate a conversation with you. He can be reached at (406) 249-7952 or kentmorrison1@yahoo.com.

Women’s Retreat

The women had a great weekend together worshipping, learning, growing and connecting with one another. 145 women attended the retreat with representation from over 25 churches.

For those interested, we have posted some of the presentations and information covered at the retreat. You may access by clicking the button below.

Youth Leader Weekend Recap

In the most recent episode, Ben and Harry recap the Youth Leader Weekend at YAA. They share laughs, Uno stories, and how Ken Castor taught on how important it is to help your church live out a Deuteronomy 6 lifestyle. It’s a great listen for those who missed the weekend as well as those who want to relive and refocus on some key reminders.

New Alliance Brochures

A six-panel brochure with a fold-out infographic map that presents an overview of The Christian and Missionary Alliance is a great resource that introduces people to The Alliance and our vision, All of Jesus for All the World. It also includes a QR code for the Alliance 101 digital resource.

Missions Trips: Up-to-Date Travelers Info

With summer just around the corner, your short-term missions plans may be well underway. One helpful resource to include in your planning is the STEP Program from the US Department of State. Enrolling in STEP enrolls your trip with the nearest US Embassy or Consulate which provides you with up-to-date safety conditions in your host country. Additionally, should a political evacuation be necessary, you will be on the contact list for evacuation assistance.
