General Council: Last Chance!

Due to the online and on-site nature of this gathering, registgration for Council will close on April 30, 2021. If you have not registered yet, please take a quick moment to do so. 

Please remember that there is a $500 grant to assist in attending on-site, or a $189 grant (which covers the entire cost) to attend online.

RMD Kids Curriculum Chat

On Thursday, April 22, at 7 pm MT, join Nancy Norton, Elise Fouts, Michael Lajko, and Melissa J. MacDonald via Zoom as they discuss and focus on knowing what kind of curriculum works well, how to find good curriculum, and how to adapt your curriculum to fit your context.

Children’s Ministry Webinar

Melissa J. MacDonald’s April webinar on April 22 at 6 pm MT is going to discuss how to approach Bible reading and teaching. She’ll be joined by Keith Ferrin for this conversation. It is designed to jumpstart how to read and teach the Bible. The free digital resource guide for this is already designed, so make sure you register to receive it. Space is limited and everyone who registers receives the playback.

Mighty KidMin Conference

Children’s Ministry in small churches isn’t less, but it is different.
Instead of trying to duplicate what’s happening in the large church context, it’s time to discover small church strategies that work!

For one full day, 28 small church experts will equip you with tools, strategies, and ideas to reignite your children’s ministry! The Mighty KidMin Conference happens live on Saturday, April 24 with presentations and connection opportunities to choose from all day long. (11 am – 8 pm EDT)

Indonesia Intership

One of our RMD IW couples serving with a team in Indonesia is looking for 20-30 year-olds to participate in a 5-month internship working with the poor. The Berakah (Hebrew word for blessing) Way will incorporate aspects of discipleship, cultural training, and ministry and will run Aug – Dec 2021. Applications are currently being accepted and deadlines are fast approaching. Please share this opportunity to anyone who you think may be interested.
